Works related to building rental
In order to prevent government property from being wasted and to ensure proper use and management of building rent, government offices that provide services are paying building rent properly according to the guidelines prepared for them.
Manual preparation work has been done to ensure proper management and control of government buildings, and it has been possible to improve the operation of government offices by preparing office usage standards to make office use consistent and modern.
Similarly, a building manual has been prepared and is being provided to ensure uniform and quality building practices.

• Work done on building census:
The authority has been able to organize and maintain information on government buildings in the city administration and is managing about 6,000 buildings.
The Directorate has been working on calculating depreciation, issuing identification numbers and organizing data for government buildings, which has been done in central institutions, colleges, sub-cities and hospitals.
