A work has been done to organize vehicle life history data in government institutions, and a work has been done to identify vehicles by type, size and location and organize information.

Organizing information on assets to be disposed of: - A work has been done to classify government institutions into serviceable and non-serviceable using six disposal methods. 
To have a waste-free asset management system, it has been done to separate surplus assets that are not in use; to identify assets that can be used for replacement, especially for electronic equipment, and to prevent waste by establishing a system for repairing and reusing them.

To eliminate non-serviceable assets using the disposal methods set out in the legal framework and to identify ownerless assets that have been lying around for years, those that are not in use have been removed and those that are in use have been transferred to government institutions that can use them.
