I. Government Asset Management Standardization Directorate:

I. Fixed Asset Registration: The authority has been entrusted with the task and responsibility of registering and managing the fixed assets of the city administration, conducting a general asset inventory, identifying the assets by their code and type, and ensuring that the government assets are used for their intended purpose.
The work of implementing the registration system for the ownership of government assets in the institutions under the city administration, registering the fixed assets in the user's hands and in the warehouse with the Fixed Asset Registration Card (FAR), issuing and posting PINs (identification numbers), calculating the depreciation calculation, summarizing the current value of fixed assets, and identifying assets to be disposed of has been carried out.
II. Inventory: The work of comparing the differences between the stocks found in the inventory and those on the stock record card, and taking action on the stocks found to be different, has been carried out.
Similarly, the activities of working together to reduce the budget on the stocks that are being lost in the cash account (as if the budget is being reduced), identifying how much stock is in the warehouse by type, quantity and currency, and creating awareness about the need to keep the stock in the warehouse have been widely carried out.
