The structure of the government property management authority
The Government Property Management Authority is one of the agencies established by the city administration to reorganize its executive bodies through Proclamation No. 84/2016. The agency is providing efficient and effective services by establishing a modern property and building management system to effectively carry out its mandate and functions.
The Government Property Management Authority has been working diligently to protect government property from waste and ensure that it is used for its intended purpose.
The authority is structured into two sectors. The sectors are called the Building Sector and the Property Sector. The two sectors are organized into directorates and groups in their work, and as an institution, it is organized into 13 directorates and 12 groups.
